What you (may) need:

A Hydrow Account – Optional: We do have guest accounts. If you don’t want to manage and track your progress, log into the machine using the credentials found on the screen of the machines.

Hydrow App – Optional: Pairs well with an account, allowing you track your progress from outside the machine. It currently does not allow for logging in through the app.

Setup:

There are guides found in the “Help” tab at the bottom of the screen. From here, you can learn the proper form. The guides are also found in the User Guide Located to the right of these instructions. There is also a link to a YouTube video that can help you review your form as you use the machine.

Connecting Devices to Machine:

Tap the gear icon at the bottom right of the screen. Tap “Bluetooth Devices” to begin pairing your devices. From there you can pair your smart device following the on screen instructions.

Fitforce also provides a Sonos speaker that each machine is already connected to. Select the “Esinkin BT Adaptor” that’s already paired with the machine. On the audio switcher, select “4”.

If you would like to pair your own device to the speaker, turn the dial to “6” and pair your phone to the open Logitech Bluetooth adapter by pressing the pairing button. Once the device light starts flashing, connect to it through your phone to complete the pairing process.
